One of the biggest fundraising events of each year for The Piedmont School & John Yowell Academy is the annual golf tournament. This year the 9th Annual Golf Classic will take place on Thursday, October 10th at Oak Hollow Golf Courses in High Point with a shotgun start at 9am.
Funds raised from this wonderful event go to support the Panther Fund which supplements operational and programming expenses for the school. In the past, the golf tournament has upgraded technology and provided chromebooks for each student, purchased athletic jerseys for our ever-growing athletics teams, purchased supplemental reading curriculums that address our students individual needs, offset field trip costs so our students can engage in experiential learning opportunities, and has helped support our faculty development so that our teachers continue to be the best in their fields.
